RespondNOW.Net
Wireless broadcast
notification and response system designed specifically for medium to large
group notification. When fast
notification and knowing who received the message is paramount.
RESPONDNOW.NET™
is an advanced wireless communication emergency broadcasting system for
two-way pagers, PDA’s, and two-way text messaging digital and cellular
phones. This system is designed
specifically for organizations that have a need to notify groups of
individuals of critical events and where the acknowledgement of this
notification is paramount.
For
example, you can use RESPONDNOW.NET to send a wireless emergency message to
300 off duty firemen with the message of a chemical fire or fast growing
forest fire. Unlike simple
messaging solutions that just send emergency messages, RESPONDNOW.NET enables
the senders of the message to quickly and easily populate a list of who
acknowledged the message. But
more importantly, it gives the sender an immediate list of who did not
acknowledge an emergency message. The
sender is then provided with a variety of alternative methodologies on how to
contact those who did not respond.
Interoperability and
Compatibility
Interchange with any number of two-way pagers, PDA’s with
two-way capability, digital cellular or PCS phones with two-way capability or
compatible e-mail systems and services. These
services have been tested on most US nationwide wireless networks as well as
most e-mail services in North America including WebLink Wireless, SkyTel, Arch Communications, Bell South Mobitex services and other popular
two-way messaging networks.
Advanced Features
RESPONDNOW.NET comes with a comprehensive set of configuration
options to allow for complete control over your emergency dispatch situation.
For example, set security levels and permissions throughout the
application, create unlimited group size and group sub-setting, configure
thresholds for response times, key in comprehensive contact management
information including alternative contact methodologies, complete report
capability and exporting options (i.e. Microsoft’s Excel®, etc.), and much
more.
